Sessions are $180 for 60 minutes.

I work with my clients on a weekly basis to ensure we are doing in-depth and consistent work.
To keep therapy balanced and effective, we rotate through the four pillars. Most clients meet weekly; here’s a sample month:
Session 1 — Talk & Processing
Make sense of what’s coming up, explore patterns, and set clear intentions.Session 2 — ERP & Behavioral Therapy
Gentle, structured work to face fears and pause anxiety habits—so confidence grows and fear decreases.Session 3 — Somatic/ Holistic Therapy
Body‑based practices (breath, grounding, gentle movement, tapping/sound) to settle the nervous system and release stored stress.Session 4 — Skills + Processing
Learn and practice practical tools (mindfulness, emotion regulation, communication, planning) and integrate the wins.
The structure is flexible & tailored: This flow adjusts to you. Some months you may want more ERP; other times, we may do more more talk therapy /processing. We decide together and pace it with care as your needs evolve.

Life happens, and I keep scheduling flexible. You can cancel up to three sessions per calendar year at no charge when you give at least 72 hours (3 days) notice. You can cancel in session, through your client portal, or by email/text. With less than 72 hours’ notice, the regular fee applies and it doesn’t count toward the three no‑fee cancellations.If something comes up, you’re welcome to reschedule within the same week—use the portal or I can share options; if we can’t find a mutual time and you can’t attend, the regular fee applies and payment is processed the morning of your scheduled session. There’s no charge if the practice is closed for holidays or if I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or planned vacation; I’ll share holiday dates and provide at least two weeks’ notice for time off.

I am an out-of-network provider. This means you pay for sessions directly, and I’ll provide a super bill (a receipt-like document) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. How much you get back depends on your plan’s out-of-network benefits. I recommend you to contact your insurance company to learn more about your out-of-network benefits. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have additional questions.
